Made for Australian trades

Getting started

Who it’s for, early access and pricing.

Who is OPSphere for?

Australian trade, contracting and service businesses that manage jobs and work with subcontractors or other partner businesses.

What does joining early access mean?

Send us an email to express your interest in OPSphere and discuss early access. It does not create an account or guarantee an access date.

Can I join as a subcontractor?

Yes. The direction includes businesses coordinating work and the subcontractors delivering it. Tell us how your business works when you email us.

Is pricing available?

Pricing and access arrangements are not published on this page. Register your interest to discuss what your business needs.

Quotes & templates

From your know-how to a clear scope of work.

What is in the template library?

Quote, job, form and document templates, including reusable quote sections and tasks. You can work with your own templates, install individual templates or start from a published trade content pack.

Can one quote include multiple trades?

Yes. Combine electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and other trade scope within one customer quote. Group the relevant lines into separate trade packages, request prices from connected subcontractors and bring selected pricing back into the same quote.

How do templated RFQs work?

Build a structured request from your quote scope and invite connected subcontractors to price it. Compare responses by section and task, then bring selected pricing into your quote. Selecting a price is separate from placing the order.

Working together

Your own operation, with your trusted partners.

Can I manage subcontractors within my own trade?

Yes. An electrical business working with other electrical crews is one example. Prepare scope and use shared RFQs and booking requests with connected OPSphere businesses. You do not need a multi-trade project.

What does shared resource management mean?

Plan your own people, crews and equipment, and coordinate resource capacity with connected trade partners. Request bookings and see confirmed work across both schedules. Each partner assigns its own crew and controls the access it grants; this does not mean open access to another business or its staff.

Do I need to find new subcontractors to use OPSphere?

No. Start with your own quotes, jobs, templates and subcontractors you already know. Your quotes, templates and own-team job planning do not depend on marketplace coverage. Shared RFQs and cross-business bookings require connected businesses, with the relevant permissions and acceptance.

What makes connected businesses important?

A job often spans several businesses. OPSphere brings partner relationships into the same place you manage your own operation, so coordinating work can be part of the job.

Can I schedule work with trade partners?

Yes. Request bookings with connected subcontractors, subject to access permissions and acceptance. Confirmed bookings appear on both businesses’ schedules. Your own resource board also shows capacity and supports reviewing dependent work when dates change.

Making the move

Explore the fit before changing your tools.

Do I need to replace my current software now?

No. Start by telling us about your business and current tools. The early-access conversation is the place to assess fit before making a change.

Can I move from my current software?

Migration is an option. Tell us what you use, whether that is Simpro, ServiceM8, another platform, spreadsheets or custom tools. We will review your data and workflows, then agree the scope and timing for your move.
